Hello, another norwegian speaking! We (my brother and I) also purchased Normag, but not C1o but NG20. We are almost finish restoring it. We saw the Normag was for sale at Finn and later it showed up in this forum, we was a bit afraid that it has gone back to Germany. I am happy to see that we are keeping our valuables at home!
We are happy to hear that the tractor was in good shape.
Our Normag came to Norway via Denmark to Norway and has never been approved for legal drive on the road, but we had no problem getting new papers at the customs.
Please keep taking pictures and share with us, here is a picture of our project.

Two questions while we wait for photos :

Does anybody know the RAL color code for Normag red? I expect this is the export color?
Also the RAL on my wheels. The color seems to be dark white,almost like porsche tractors have, but the other red Normags in norway came with yellow wheels.
Anobody with an good idea ??

One last question.
At the front of my hood, where NORMAG normally is "stamped" into the hood, mine is flush with the NORMAG name painted on. Looks original, but not sure.
Just asking,cause i'm about to restore the tractor, and want to keep it like it was new.

Red and yellow is the original color, not red/white.
Because of the Normag Logo, let us wait till the pics are shown here.
In the deep of my HDD there is a pic from a red export modell, perhaps the exports had only painted logos? I will search the pic and post it here.
Have you an idea how much Normags are still alive in the scandinavian countrys?

Regarding the logo, you can see the a picture of the front of the tractor on page one of this tread.
It would be really nice to know if this is original. I think so.

No idea on how many are left in scandinavia, i know that Denmark has a few of them,but they are relatively rare down there. Never seen or heard of any Normags in Sweeden,but as I said, i'm not sure.
After doing some reaserch I now know about 10 Normags here in Norway,from south till north

I addition to this, I can tell you that my brothers Normag has the logo "stamped" into the hood, so I dont think this has anything to do with this beeing an export model.
